Where can I find authentic Indian recipies for chicken curry. I had some while I was living in England and it was the best…any suggestions? ALso are there different types of spicy curry? Please explain…

My daughter has been a vegitarian for over a year now.?
I want to encourage this change in her eating habits because its healthier. But now I don’t know what to cook (most of my recipies are meat based) and when we go out to eat its hard to find a place that we both like (I’m tired of chinese and italian). Most places only offer a veggie burger. Do you know of any good vegitarian restraunts (in the chicago area) and recipies?

Shouldn't we eat at more local restraunts?
In Boise they built an Old Spaghetti Factory right on the side of Louie’s Italian Restraunte’. More and more chain restraunts are popping up…does anyone really believe McDonalds has better food than those family run burger places that have been around since the forties? I haven’t met that person yet…shouldn’t we all pony up the extra dollar and eat somewhere where the people earning the bulk of the profit from your money actually live in the same town as you?

Anyone know of fast chicken finger recipies with out using bread crumbs ?
I want to make chicken fingers with only using flour and eggs and spices or something simple any ideas we dont ‘ have bread crumbs could I also use bread crumbs from regular bread ?

is grilled marinade chicken with italian dressing with rice a low calorie meal?
im tryig to cut my calories in half im use to eatin at restraunts everyday like taco bell mcdonalds and trying to come up with some low calorie home cook meals also would teryaki be a good sub from the italian dressing

Where can one find gelato?
Are there any chain stores that myight be in my city that carry gelato? anyone know? any icecream chains that do it? how many italian restraunts serve gelato? any information on how I can get gelato would be nice, since I’ve never had it and want to have some with a friend of mine.
